Challenge

Brand reps visiting stores recorded merchandise placement on paper, so management couldn't see store conditions in realtime.

Solution

We built an Android app to capture in-store merchandise data and feed a realtime reporting view.

Outcomes

• In-store merchandise reported from the field
• Realtime view of store conditions
• Less paperwork for field reps
