Challenge

Field researchers often worked in areas with unstable connectivity, but forest plot data still had to stay structured and synchronized.

Solution

We built an offline-first app with local storage, structured forms, maps, and safe sync once connectivity returned.

Outcome

Field data collection became more consistent without depending on real-time connectivity.
