Delete Your Diagma
This page explains how to delete your Diagma account and all associated data — directly inside the app, or by sending us a request.

Option 1 — From inside the app
The fastest way to delete your account and all its data is directly in the app:
Open: Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Option 2 — By email
Can no longer open the app? Send us a deletion request and we'll process it manually.
Or email halo@beemata.co.id directly from the email address registered to your account.
Data we delete
When your request is processed, we permanently delete the following:
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Profile data — photo, date of birth, nationality, and passport information
- Documents you uploaded — passport, visa, acceptance letters, and certificates
- Visa & study data and your entire application progress
- Notification preferences and history
- Your device push notification tokens
What we keep and why
A small amount of data may be kept briefly after deletion:
- Diagnostic & crash logs (anonymized) — kept for at most 90 days to maintain app stability and security
- Minimal records required by law — only where a legal or accounting obligation applies, then deleted
Timeline
Deletion requests are completed within 30 days of receipt. Once done, we send a confirmation email. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
